Strategic Projects Manager

Who You Are:

The Strategic Projects Manager will lead and manage strategic projects within Foundation Partners Group. This role is responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

What You Will Do:
• Develop and implement project plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project objectives to ensure delivery of business impact.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify follow-ups and action items and track to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the funeral services industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
