Sentara Health Plan is hiring for a Strategic Planning Systems Analyst.
This is a Full-Time position, fully remote, with day shift hours and great benefits!
Work Location:

Job Responsibilities
Principal responsibilities will involve supporting the corporate, divisional, and service line strategic planning efforts. The Strategic Planning Systems Analyst will create and maintain spreadsheets and databases as well as providing analysis and interpretation of results to customers, ensuring reliable reporting, and synthesis and analysis of data key findings into presentation format. Produces and publishes standard reports (population and general demographic, market share, customer satisfaction) on a regular basis, prepares budget and market projections as well as detailed market profile presentation on an annual basis. Supervises data entry and is responsible for regular data submission, verification and integrity. Completes surveys for department as requested. Performs related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Required to have a Bachelor's degree
Required to have advanced Excel skills
Required to have advanced SQL experience
Preferred Requirements
Preferred to have BS degree in Statistics, Math, Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance or Computer Science preferred or related field and/or comparable work experience
