Strategic Planner and Project Manager Support

Beaverton, Oregon Job Title: Strategic Planner & Project Management Specialist Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite) Join us as a Strategic Planner & Project Management Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the launch of our client’s SEC Enhancements and Upgrades project, preparing executive-level materials, and managing internal program updates. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives. • Analyze data and create reports to inform strategic decisions. • Collaborate with various teams to align with program goals. • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports summarizing key findings. • Manage conflicts and drive resolution to achieve goals. • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for business strategies. Skills Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and work collaboratively. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in strategic planning, consulting, or market research. • Understanding of transformational technology changes. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
