If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.About The RoleEliseAI is looking for a Strategic Operations Associate to join our team, tackling some of the following responsibilities:Analyze client workflows and goals to surface opportunities for deeper adoption, automation, and operational scale Analyze large data sets to determine the impact of AI on client’s business and communicate it effectively to executives Build and refine internal processes to help the company scale more efficiently as we growWork cross functionally with Solution Engineers Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to lead the execution of strategic projects from start to finishKeep project schedules on track, establishing and managing expectations while identifying potential timeline risks and addressing them proactively with clients or internal teams as neededMonitor project advancement and incorporate client feedback to facilitate ongoing enhancementsAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements1-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, finance, private equity, venture capital or at an early stage startup1-2 years of experience owning client interactions High performance ranking/marks in previous jobsDemonstrable ability to take ownership and accountabilityMust thrive working in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Python/Hex/Tableau/Snowflake/SQL is a plusAbility to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured environmentWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
