Stores Department Manager

As a Stores Department Manager at H&M, you will be an integral part of our team of retail professionals. You will be responsible for managing the stores department operations including personnel, customer service, financial performance, and inventory.We are looking for an experienced, creative, and organized leader to take on this challenge. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 3+ years of retail management experience, and a proven track record of successful sales and customer service initiatives.Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and motivate a team, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve overall store performance are essential.If you are an ambitious leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Manage stores department operations including personnel, customer service, financial performance, and inventory.
Oversee daily operations of the stores department, including sales, customer service, and staff training.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve overall store performance.
Monitor store performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Recruit, train, and manage store personnel.
Create reports and analyze financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
Lead team meetings and ensure open communication between team members.
