Job description: Car Wash AttendantJob Description SummarySummary: Ensure safety of customers and employees and observe all safety rules. Assist all areas of Car Wash as required by supervisor, including cleaning, maintenance and promotional selling. Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to observe and follow all safety procedures and precautions.
Must be able to perform various maintenance and cleaning functions on the car wash and related equipment.
Must be able to perform various maintenance and repairs including changing of paper in kiosk, adding soap to barrels and maintaining cleanliness in the absence of the manager.

Must be able to effectively approach customers and promote the car wash at the fueling islands and inform customers of current promotions etc.
Must be able to recognize vehicles which will not go through the car wash based on a vehicle assessment and explain to the customer why their vehicle cannot be washed if necessary.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here represent those that must be met be an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Ability to frequently lift 50 lb.
Ability to occasionally lift 75lb.
Ability to stand for several hours.
Ability to use hand tools such as screw driver pliers etc and cleaning supplies such broom, scrub brush and cleaning products etc.
