To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements and qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
Four-year college degree and 2 years of general management experience, including financial responsibility and 4 years of experience managing at least 50 non-exempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, coaching, recruiting, and termination
OR 4 years of general management experience, including financial responsibility and 4 years of experience managing at least 50 non-exempt and at least 4 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, coaching, recruiting, and termination
For stores that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific background check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training
For stores that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Permit to Purchase
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year college degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience as an Assistant Manager in a low-complexity store OR 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a medium-complexity store OR 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail environment
Experience running a grocery or dry goods department
