This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 per hour and consistent work hours that are always under 4 hours per shift. Your role will involve helping customers find the items they need, checking out their purchases, and ensuring that our store remains clean and well-stocked. Responsibilities:
– Serving customers by helping them select products.
– Driving sales through effective communication with customers.
– Maintaining an outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
– Recommending merchandise based on individual requirements.
– Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
– Excellent customer service skills, including a positive, customer-focused attitude.
– Ability to work evenings and weekends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
– Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
– Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management.
– Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
Educational Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
– Prior retail experience is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
