Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening
Drive financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs are met
Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring
Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Strong leadership and communication skills
