Step into Care Coordinator
Location: Remote working from home, but you will need to live in Manchester
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £14 - £15 Per hour
Job role: Support, develop and maintain employer and referral partnerships on the Step into Care programme.
Job Duties:
Liaise with Health and Social Care employers to inform them about the program and establish any recruitment needs
Attend events online and in person to promote the program.
Liaise with key stakeholders to introduce WEA to employers that might benefit from recruitment & training support.
Attends regular meetings online and in person with DWP engaging with Job Coaches and Employer Advisors.
Promote provision to ensure recruitment targets are met
Acquistion of successful referral partnerships, including DWP, that leads to enrolments into learning
Managing and maintaining successful relationships with... employers
Matching employment opportunities for learners that lead to sustained employment
What you'll need:
Experience in the care sector
Experience working in recruitment
Preferrable experience of working in a funded educational environment
Enhanced DBS
Excellent stakeholder Management and communication skills
Excellent Admin skills
Excellent attention to detail
