Statistical Data Analyst Senior

As a senior data analyst on the Claims Control Staffing and Efficiency team, youll provide staffing guidance for the National Resolution Zone (NRZ). This includes creating and advancing the NRZ staffing models, owning the Full Time Employee (FTE) budgeting process, and delivering key insights to senior leaders. In this role, youll collaborate and work with multiple groups across the Claims organization to provide analysis that has a direct impact on staffing decisions. Additionally, youll develop and maintain staffing forecasts, models, and analysis to support current business needs while also building for future success.
Remote work allowed. If you prefer an in-office environment and live within the Cleveland, OH area, youre welcome to work in the office as often as you would like.
Must-have Qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred Skills
High proficiency in programming skills (i.e., R, Python) and data visualization tools such as Power BI
Proven experience utilizing GitHub in production environment
Passion for continuous improvement and data quality
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment
Compensation
$77,100 - $102,800/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
