Startup Business Consultant Needed to Help Structure AI Automation Agency

Hello,

I am currently building an AI automation service for local businesses such as contractors (roofers, electricians, plumbers, etc.).

The system helps businesses automatically answer phone calls, book appointments, and follow up with customers using AI.

The technology side is already being developed using tools like GoHighLevel and Voice AI, but I would like help from an experienced business consultant to properly structure the business before scaling.

I am currently working full time while building this business, so I am also looking for advice on how to manage and grow the company efficiently, including what should be automated, outsourced, or delegated as the business grows.

I am looking for someone who can help with:

- Structuring the service offer

- Pricing strategy (setup fee + monthly subscription)

- Identifying the best target market

- Creating a simple sales process

- Advice on the best way to acquire the first clients

- General startup strategy for launching and growing the business

This is not a long-term consulting job. I mainly want a few strategic calls to build a clear and simple plan before moving forward.
