At MasTec Advanced Technologies, you’ll receive all the tools, training, and support you need to build a long-term career in technology services. Your job will be to help customers connect to the tech they rely on — and make sure it all works from day one.
Start at $20/hr during your first 4 weeks of training
First day: June 16th
1st shift
What You’ll Get:
• Base pay plus performance-based compensation — earn more when you do more
• Structured, paid training with a focus on safety, tech, customer service, and on-site sales
• Use of high-end tools and equipment
• Company work van (take it home) and gas card
• Independent fieldwork — no micromanagement

What We Need From You:
• Physically able to climb ladders and meet manufacturer safety limits
• Lift up to 80 lbs and work on ladders up to 36 feet
• Work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions
• Comfortable with kneeling, crawling, and bending during installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record
• Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings

Expected hours: 40 per week
