Staffing & Operations Specialist-FlexStaff (TEMP)
Executes FlexStaff staffing strategy for assigned areas to ensure client needs are met. Receives and fulfills staffing requests of clinical and non-clinical contingent staff for assigned areas. Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical leaders to manage and align employee resources against site needs.
This is a remote position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Monitors staffing needs for specified areas and ensures support expectations are met.
ā¢ Reviews and submits temp profiles against long term staffing needs.
ā¢ Reviews and confirms temp short-term requests to support daily needs.
ā¢ Monitors and updates all long-term orders in FlexStaff database to ensure accuracy.
ā¢ Documents daily communications between site/staff in FlexStaff database.
ā¢ Initiates and promotes process improvement opportunities, as necessary.
ā¢ Monitors filled percentage of long-term and short-term orders, reporting back to management.
ā¢ May collaborate with myTIME Kronos team, HR Technology and FlexStaff leadership to promote the development, implementation and continuous improvement of technology.
ā¢ Ensures compliance standards are met before approving staff for shift(s) both short and long term.
ā¢ Performs related duties, as required.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferred.
ā¢ Knowledge of all applicable health system, New York State and Federal employment regulations, preferred.
ā¢ Microsoft Office Suite experience, required.
ā¢ Strong verbal, written and customer service skills, required.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, required.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
