Demand Intelligence and Sales Productivity team thrive at the intersection of analytics and go-to-market strategy. We develop cutting-edge solutions that empower sales teams with real-time market intelligence and productivity tools, helping them discover new opportunities, build stronger client relationships, and exceed targets.
What you’ll do:
• Design and implement agentic AI systems to empower sales teams and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.
• Develop and maintain highly available services and efficient data pipelines.
• Build tools that enhance efficiency and generate demand through adoption and usage.
• Mentor and guide engineers, coach and up-level engineers while fostering effective cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
What we’re looking for:
• BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in leading the design of large scale & production systems.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise working with AdTech and a deep understanding of demand systems.
• Advanced knowledge with at least one state-of-art programming language (Java, C++, Python).
• Deep knowledge with building distributed systems batch and streaming systems.
• Strong product intuition for digital and mobile app advertising.
• Individuals looking to work in a close, collaborative group to drive success of key business metrics.
