A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU: My client is hiring a Senior Staff Engineer will lead the technical side of this transformation, building a modern product platform that can serve multiple clients while gradually migrating existing customers to the new system. This is an opportunity to architect solutions that balance customer needs with scalability, working with a talented on and offshore team, and establishing best practices for technical leadership. The role offers the chance to shape the future direction of an established company navigating a significant business model shift. If you want ownership and eyes on what you do .. this could be what you have been waiting for … REQUIREMENTS: My client is looking for the following: • 8+ years of experience and a track record in technical leadership and architectural ownership. • Event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs). • Real-time data pipelines & ETL modernization. • Fintech/marketing tech with accuracy-critical systems. • Legacy system modernization and scalable production support. • .NET ecosystem & SQL proficiency. • BDD/testing frameworks and quality-first development. • Experience with AI coding assistants and emerging integration patterns. LOCATION This role is remote-friendly from most anywhere within the U.S (No C2C, and they are unable to offer sponsorship) SALARY / BENEFITS This is a direct-hire position with an expected base salary of $180,000–$200,000, a bonus typically 7%–10%.
