Staff Scrum Master (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and SAFe PI Planning • Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies • Actively identify and manage risks and dependencies • Foster close cooperation, self-organization, and growth within the team • Act as a primary point of contact for the team for cross-functional stakeholders • Support the product manager and/or product owner in goal definition and backlog management • Advocate for continuous improvement, using metrics and data-driven insights • Simultaneously drive projects and programs in support of achieving organizational goals Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field • 5-7 years of experience in Agile software development, in a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role • Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification preferred • Experience with software development for medical devices or a regulated field preferred Nice-to-haves • Experience with C#/.NET stack and/or modern web frameworks (React/NodeJS, Spring, Ruby) • Familiarity with container frameworks, security implementation (e.g. TLS/PKI, OAuth 2.) • Experience with messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Database familiarity (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL) • Experience with microservices architectures and cloud native system deployments Benefits • Competitive salary and compensation package • Opportunities for professional development and learning • Support for work-life balance • Health and wellness programs • Diversity and inclusion initiatives Apply tot his job
