Summary We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with React knowledge. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions to build upon our applications. As an engineer, you are a highly experienced and skilled professional, that often serves as a key technical lead. You play a critical role in guiding and influencing engineering decisions, solving complex technical challenges, setting standards for best practices, contributing to the development of overarching strategies, assuming leadership roles, and providing mentorship to other engineers. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Professional Experience • 8+ years of experience building Software Applications. • 5+ years of professional experience working with JS frameworks and libraries. • 3+ years of experience working with React. Soft Skills • Advanced English level. • Open to learning new technologies. • Great communication skills. • Good time management skills. • Good mentoring and negotiation skills • Strong technical support skills.
