As we grow, the ability to adapt and optimize our operations in real time is mission-critical. This role exists to close the gap between strategy and execution, owning Salesforce and other system processes that power everything from lead flow to forecasting. You’ll be the connector who translates GTM strategy into smart, automated systems that help us move with clarity and speed.We’re looking for a strategic systems thinker who understands the end-to-end GTM motion, sees how business goals translate into process and system design, and brings hands-on expertise across a modern GTM tech stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesloft, Workato, Freshdesk, and enrichment tools.You’ll lead the design, automation, and execution of GTM processes, with full accountability for the business logic layer and day-to-day configuration. You’ll direct external development partners to ensure high-quality delivery, and work closely with RevOps to prioritize initiatives, identify system gaps, and implement solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility. In this hybrid embedded role, you’ll be fully integrated into RevOps rhythms, contributing to pipeline reviews, forecasting processes, and strategic planning through a systems lens.Reporting to the Director, Business Applications and IT and located in Seattle, this role offers a unique chance to partner directly with our CEO and SVP of GTM Operations. This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.What You Will DoLead the design and automation of GTM business processes, from lead flow to customer handoffs, renewals, and forecasting.Own and evolve our system architecture across Salesforce and adjacent tools (Salesloft, Workato, enrichment tools, Freshdesk, etc.) to meet strategic and operational needs.Translate RevOps and GTM priorities into scalable, maintainable system solutions that drive speed, accuracy, and visibilityLead the GTM systems roadmap with the Senior Salesforce Application Engineer, aligning on priorities, sequencing, and dependenciesWork directly with the CEO and SVP of GTM Operations to shape the roadmap.Oversee delivery from external Salesforce development partners, ensuring alignment, velocity, and high-quality execution against business needsServe as a core systems partner to RevOps, embedded in pipeline reviews, forecasting, and revenue planningApply and uphold standards for automation, change management, and documentation within the GTM systems scopeContinuously identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and system usability through configuration, automation, or design changesMinimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience configuring Salesforce and building process automations in a high-growth, cross-functional environmentStrong knowledge of GTM systems and processes, including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, forecasting, and renewals with tools such as Salesloft, Workato, Freshdesk, and data enrichment platforms (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.).Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutionsHands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Flow and Apex development.Proven experience collaborating with senior executives, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and contribute to strategic decision-making.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and system integrations; Salesforce Administrator Certification requiredExperience building GTM reporting and dashboards in SalesforceFamiliarity with integrations across tools like Workday and marketing automation platformsPreferred Qualifications Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certificationBackground in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM systems strategy with direct exposure to quote-to-cash or CPQ workflowsCompensation Bands:Tier GuideTier B: $190,400 - $211,500#LI-KL1Job Benefits:Health (medical, vision, dental), life, and disability insurance*Equity stock optionsRetirement plansPaid public holidays and unlimited PTOPaid maternity and parental leaveLeaves of absence (including caregiver leave and leave under CO's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act)Employee Assistance ProgramFlexible Work Stipend*Eligibility may differ by countryWe're committed to building a global team!
