Staff Nurse (RN) Job Overview:
The RN will oversee and provide nursing care for patients requiring long-term and rehabilitative services.
Core Responsibilities:
? Deliver nursing care based on guidelines and facility protocols
? Plan and evaluate care for long-term and rehab patients
? Supervise nursing staff
? Document care and manage medical equipment
? Educate patients and their families
? Adhere to patient rights and maintain confidentiality
? Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required:
? Nursing degree
? 1 year of experience in acute or long-term care
? Active RN license and reliable transportation
