That's where you come in!Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:Total experience 7+ yearsHands-on experience with Workday HCM integrationStrong understanding of Workday tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECIConfigure and maintain Workday business processesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards including BIRT.Experience with Workday security and business process frameworksAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a clear focus on priorities and timelines.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities within cross-functional teams.Experience working in Agile development environments is a strong plusGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsRESPONSIBILITIES:Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirementsMapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developersIdentifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirementsDefining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementationWriting and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developersReviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followedDeveloping and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize itUnderstanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projectsQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Originally posted on Himalayas
