Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the success of the Consumer Group's business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies and improve processes.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the progress and success of business operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
Lead and mentor a team of business operations professionals to ensure high-quality work and continuous development.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on business operations and address any concerns or issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support business operations.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of business operations strategies and initiatives.
