This role sits between execution and strategy—owning meaningful analytical workstreams while beginning to influence broader business decisions and approaches. You will partner closely with Dispense & Fulfillment, Operations Assurance, Planning & Optimization, Compounding, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations Finance. This role reports to the Director of Operations Analytics.You Will:Analytical Execution & Problem SolvingOwn end-to-end delivery of complex analytical projects with minimal oversightStructure ambiguous problems into clear analytical approaches and deliver actionable insightsApply statistical analysis, trend analysis, and operational frameworks to solve diverse business problemsAdapt and apply established methodologies to new or evolving operational challengesOperational Performance & InsightsAnalyze operational performance (throughput, SLAs, cost, quality) and identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop and refine KPI frameworks to support consistent performance measurementMonitor trends and proactively surface risks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunitiesExperimentation & Decision SupportDesign and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to inform operational and product decisionsBuild scenario analyses and lightweight models to support planning and resource allocationContribute to optimization efforts by quantifying tradeoffs and recommending data-driven actionsStakeholder PartnershipBuild strong relationships with cross-functional partners and begin influencing decision makingCommunicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesSupport senior stakeholders by providing structured analysis and recommendations on key initiativesCollaboration & InfluencePartner with Analytics Engineering and Data teams to ensure data quality and availabilityContribute to team best practices in analytics, problem solving, and stakeholder engagementBegin advising stakeholders on moderately complex analytical questions and business tradeoffsReporting & CommunicationDevelop clear, concise deliverables (analyses, dashboards, presentations) aligned to business needsTailor communication style based on audience, including senior stakeholdersEnsure insights are actionable and tied to measurable business outcomesYou Have:8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data scienceBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldAdvanced SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R for analysisStrong foundation in analytical methods (experimentation, statistical analysis, forecasting, or operational analytics)Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex analyses and deliver business impactExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, product, or finance environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, healthcare operations, or marketplace environmentsFamiliarity with modern data tools (Google Big Query, dbt, Looker) from an analytics consumption perspectiveExperience defining KPIs and supporting performance management frameworksExposure to experimentation, optimization, or operational modelingAdvanced degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, etc.)Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools or agent-based workflows (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automated querying/insight generation tools)Experience applying AI to accelerate analysis, improve decision-making, or scale insights in business contextsUnderstanding of limitations, risks, and validation approaches when using AI in analytical workflowsOur Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time rolesUnlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health daysComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leaveEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)401k benefits with employer matching contributionOffsite team retreatsWe are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging.
