As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments, engaging in diverse tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, financial statement preparation, and budgeting. Major Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements and related reports, comparing budget versus actual performance.
Assist the CFO in forecasting, monthly outlooks, and other forward-looking reports.
Reconcile monthly cash, credit card, and sales ledgers.
Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), asset management, and other duties as required.
Qualifications And Competencies
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus).
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; familiarity with e-commerce business and sales tax compliance is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Eligibility to work in the United States and successful completion of a background check.
