Staff Accountant Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, tax compliance, benefits reconciliation, and key accounting functions.
This role ensures accurate payroll execution while supporting financial reporting and month-end close processes.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience with Accounting & AP systems (NetSuite highly preferred)
Experience with Excel and Google Suite preferred
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
Minimum 1 year of general accounting experience; multi-location experience strongly preferred
Experience within the Healthcare industry is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization (internal & external)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment, new systems, software, and processes
