Staff Accountant (Part-time), Remote Job

What you’ll do
• Perform reconciliations to support financial statement accuracy
• Receive, apply, and document payments on accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist with gathering information for the annual external audit
• Support other accounting-related tasks as needed
Required qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Schedule
• Hours per week: 12–16
• Work days: 4 ½ days per week
