Stablecoin Researcher

Role Description This is a full-time, Remote position for a Researcher. The Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data to uncover trends, and producing well-documented reports. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights, developing new methodologies, and keeping abreast of industry trends. The role requires proactive problem-solving and consistent communication to support decision-making processes. Qualifications: ● Strong research and data analysis skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and present information clearly. ● Proficiency in developing methodologies and utilizing analytical tools for collecting and assessing data. ● Excellent writing and documentation skills suitable for preparing detailed research reports and presentations. ● Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for accurate and comprehensive research processes. ● Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. ● Familiarity with the MENA region’s financial ecosystem is highly advantageous. ● Stablecoin knowledge What You’ll Do ● Conduct deep research on financial systems, stablecoins, and digital banking across MENA markets ● Track and analyze regulatory frameworks, central bank policies, and compliance requirements related to stablecoins, payments, and FX ● Produce market intelligence on remittances, cross-border payments, inflation, and currency dynamics in the region ● Analyze user, transaction, and macroeconomic data to support product, growth, and strategy decisions ● Monitor competitors, emerging fintechs, and Web3 protocols to identify trends, risks, and opportunities ● Support product and partnerships teams with research briefs, insights, and data-backed recommendations ● Prepare clear research reports, presentations, and memos for internal teams and leadership ● Assist with pilots, market entry assessments, and new country expansion research ● Stay up to date with global developments in stablecoins, CBDCs, and digital finance Apply tot his job
