Key Responsibilities
As an SSIS ETL Data Engineer at Rico Industries, your primary responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and developing our existing ETL pipeline for NetSuite, Amazon, ClickUp, and other data sources
Creating SQL views to support reporting and data analysis
Creating BI reports and supporting user requests for data insights
Administering Celigo Integrator and various platforms used in our ETL and EDI workflows
Leading the initiative to bring EDI integration services in-house
Collaborating with our team to stabilize and document our existing ETL framework
Supporting the development of Power BI production planning and corporate KPI reports
First-Year Projects
In your first year as an SSIS ETL Data Engineer at Rico Industries, you will work on several exciting projects, including:
Stabilizing and documenting our existing ETL framework while supporting the team's development of Power BI production planning and corporate KPI reports
Leading the charge to bring EDI integration services in-house
Working on various projects that require full stack development knowledge (for those with such skills)
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience with Visual Studio, SSIS, SQL, and the general Microsoft ecosystem and software
Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools
Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Experience with NetSuite and SuiteScript
Knowledge of EDI integration services and protocols
Full stack development skills (for those interested in working on additional projects)
