What You'll Do • Lead UX initiatives across various projects. • Be responsible for UX-related artifacts. • Pick the right tool for the job. Define the appropriate exercises or processes for the problem at hand. • Ensure UX best practices are being followed by collaborating with cross-functional teams through the entire product development process. • Help communicate the impact of UX design and research to project stakeholders; both internally and client-facing. • Present UX findings and artifacts to clients. Qualifications • 10 years of experience • Experience leading UX workshops, interviews, etc • Experience creating UX artifacts, from informational (ex. personas), to interaction design (ex.
