Our client, a utilities company specializing in renewable energy space, seeks an accomplished Sr UX/Product Designer. ________________________________________________________ NOTE- THIS IS 100% REMOTE ROLE & ONLY W2 CANDIDATES / NO C2C OR 1099. *** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship *** Position: Sr UX/Product Designer (Job id 89790-1) Location: Oakland CA 94607 (100% REMOTE) Duration: 3 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension ______________________________________________________________ Responsibilities Conceptualize and design large scale design, evolve and use the design system. Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and the UX design team, including interaction designers, information architects, writers, and program managers. Partner with development teams and QA to ensure designs are implemented correctly for a flawless user experience. Share in the creation, maintenance and implementation of design standards and guidelines in the continued evolution of the Blue Shield of California online experience and design system. Maintain and nurture stakeholder relationships, ensuring requirements are received, interpreted and implemented with the best possible balance between business and customer needs. Foster an environment of learning, growth and sharing Required Skills: Expert proficiency in Figma Experience working with design systems Knowledge of overall UX process, including research, UX best practices Experience in agile environments Basic code knowledge of how design translates to code Willingness to learn and get outside of your comfort zone.
