Sr. UX UI Designer - Product design engineer - REMOTE
Our client, a leader in digital product development, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be part of the Product Design Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have creativity, collaboration skills, and a user-centered mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Product Designer Location: Libertyville Township, IL (Remote) Pay Range: $70/hr What's the Job? • Lead the design of key products and features for web and mobile applications from concept to final implementation. • Analyze business requirements and user needs to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. • Develop visually appealing mock-ups aligned with UI guidelines and brand standards. • Utilize and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all platforms. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to deliver high-quality, human-centered digital experiences. What's Needed? • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally 6+ years. • Strong visual design skills with an eye for UI patterns, layout, typography, color, and micro-interactions. • Experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems across multiple platforms. • A robust portfolio demonstrating recent work, especially in consumer products, with clear impact. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
