Sr. UX Designer (Entertainment / Streaming) - Remote PST
Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 3-month assignment to oversee user experience and design aspects of their products. This role owns the UX process end to end, from planning through implementation, and works closely with product and engineering partners to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

• Rate: $55-65/hr (W2)

Responsibilities
• Utilize user-centered design methodologies to create intuitive, desirable products that incorporate business requirements, customer research findings, and user behavior metrics.
• Lead UX efforts across multiple projects of varying scale and complexity, with hands-on involvement from user research through implementation, operating with minimal supervision.
• Produce and deliver comprehensive UX artifacts including use cases, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Present and iterate design solutions in close partnership with UI, Motion, and Copy teams, thoughtfully incorporating feedback into ongoing design iterations.
• Advocate for user needs within a fast-paced agile environment while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Operate effectively within a Scaled Agile framework to continuously deliver incremental value to customers.
• Proactively partner with UX Research throughout all phases of design to understand users, interpret data, validate solutions, and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Develop and maintain detailed UX design specifications and patterns, helping evolve design systems while reinforcing consistency and reusability.
• Create multiple insight-driven solutions to the same problem, ranging from near-term tactical improvements to longer-term, future-state visions.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of professional UX design experience; in-house experience preferred, but strong agency candidates will be considered.
• Portfolio demonstrating original, breakthrough design work with clearly documented processes and outcomes.
• Proven experience working in highly collaborative environments with UI, Motion, Copy, and UX Research partners.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for evangelizing design decisions and effectively managing stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams in an agile development environment.
• High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and design within complex systems.
• Proficiency with UX/UI design tools such as Omnigraffle, Adobe XD, Sketch and Protopie.
• Prototyping experience using tools such as Principal, Flinto, Unity, Framer, or InVision.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated track record of delivering complete, end-to-end design solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
