Sr Trace Rep/Overgoods

Job Duties Provides assistance to internal/external customers regarding unidentified/undelivered and damaged packages, and to initiate pro-active solutions. Ensures customer satisfaction. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High School Diploma/Equivalent. Minimum Experience Four (4) years experience in a work environment coordinating multiple task functions and researching and solving problems with 24 months customer contact experience and six (6) months FedEx Customer Contact preferred. Must meet approved department proficiency requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to operate CRT. Ability to type 25 net wpm. Ability to lift 50 pounds and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance from another person. Strong written and oral communication (telephone) skills. Ability to handle stress situations. Job Conditions Non-covered safety sensitive position; Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Willingness to work different shifts and weekends/holidays based on business needs. Additional Job Description This full-time Sr Trace Rep position will report the MEM Critical Package Recovery 3rd Shift with a Monday - Friday; 22:00 - 6:30 work schedule.
