Sr. Technical Lead - Estaff LLC

We are seeking a Sr. Technical Lead with 7 year s experience as a leadfor a long-term position that can be remote, anywhere in the United States, or be local to the Sacramento, California area, is preferred. We can work with C2Cs.The Technical Lead will oversee complex enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience aligning IT systems with business processes, managing technical teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle, particularly with Oracle-based solutions. This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy, system integration, and team execution.Required Education & Experience:Master s degree from a recognized college or university.Ten (10) or more years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least seven (7) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.Six (6) or more years of experience leading technical teams of six (6) or more team members.Eight (8) or more years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skill in analysis, design, programming, and testing.Seven (7) or more years experience with the Oracle database platform which includes performance tuning of queries and database schema.Five (5) or more years experience developing data synchronization solutions on the Oracle platform.Must have experience in IV&V (Independent Verification and Validation)Certifications: ITIL Certification (3 & 4) Preferred skills:Public Sector experienceEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
