Sr. System Technical Program Manager, Amazon Devices - Hardware

- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent - 3+ years hardware design or development experience, consumer electronics preferred - 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience with management reporting and strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to handle ambiguity when dealing with complex problems and able to drive consensus across organizations. Experience with managing or mentoring younger employees is preferred. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. As a System TPM, you lead the hardware engineering teams in developing products from concept to mass production.
