Sr. Sourcing Manager, Technology
About the position
Responsibilities
• Guide high-value indirect spend and ad hoc requests from internal business teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to collect and develop key requirements and a deal pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end sourcing project plans for high-risk, large supplier services, including financial viability and supplier risk analyses.
• Lead key sourcing activities such as need identification, market research, competitive bid review, and direct negotiations.
• Act as a decision point for executing sourcing strategies including RFx, multi-bid, market tests, and direct negotiations.
• Analyze procurement spend to identify key savings opportunities and develop a roadmap for achieving savings targets.
Requirements
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, focusing on strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, competitive price analysis, supplier relationship management, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree required, with additional applicable work experience.
• Strong track record in delivering technology procurement results in a dynamic environment.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing projects including need identification, market research, competitive bid reviews, direct negotiation activities, supplier selection, and onboarding.
• In-depth knowledge of industry and market trends, including analysis of market drivers, cost structures, and technical improvements.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead major initiatives and drive outcomes across all organizational levels.
