This team is responsible for Billing and Support workflows and works closely with internal stakeholders. As a member of this team you will be responsible for building and maintaining the platform and features across these domains. For the Billing side - automating and streamlining billing processes for patients, providers and insurance. For the Support side - building features in the internal Ops Tool to allow support agents to assist our clients.We, as a team, are focused on doing things well and building reliable, scalable solutions. We focus heavily on communication, and working as a team to solve problems.Required Qualifications4+ years of Backend experience building modern database-backed (sql/no-sql) web applications.Collaborative working style and bias to helping others in the team grow.Experience working on cross-functional teams.Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, technical specing, execution, and measuring success.Preferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
