Job Description We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Sr. SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and Web Content Manager and work closely with a team of digital marketing specialists as well as stakeholders throughout the business to build, implement, and measure performance of optimization strategies across multiple brands. Responsibilities Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content and technical optimization. Build and maintain a keyword lexicon for online and offline use throughout the business. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site health and crawlability. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Monitor competitive sites and identify content gaps and opportunities. Demonstrate knowledge of how search engines work, best practices for ranking well, and have a history of staying up to date on Google’s shifting searchscape. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with local SEO strategy. Familiarity with paid search campaigns and how they complement organic efforts.
