- Candidate must have played role of the lead for an agile team of dev/Sr Devs
- Candidate must have exposure to work in tech debt reduction projects in the past
- Candidate must be well versed with SF road map to participate in solution brainstorming with the Architect
- Candidate must have hands on experience with apex coding, flows, functions, lightning web components and communities

- Candidate must be well versed with Sales/Service cloud and SFDC CPQ package along with other tools/packages required to design plan and develop and deliver on Tech debt elimination / reduction User stories in following areas:
- Apex Trigger and Code optimization
- SF FLow consolidation
- Data governance and archival approaches
- Clean-up the Page Layouts
- Clean-up Objects (Standard and Custom)
- Replace Active Visual Force Pages with LWC, Flow, Dynamic Forms, etc.
- Fluent with VS code, GitHub, Atlassian JIRA
