Accountabilities Create, submit, and manage content within the document control system (Veeva/PromoMats) to support on-time project delivery. Assign reviewers and route materials through established review workflows. Track review progress and communicate status updates to content owners. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and process efficiency. Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines. Provide guidance and coaching to peers regarding submission requirements. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management or coordination. Functional knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation. Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and learn new concepts. Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as medical devices or healthcare. Knowledge of Veeva/PromoMats and Workfront project management tool.
