Job Description SummaryFocus on projects/process improvement within the LEAP and CFM IPT to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems. Minimize risk of poor quality. (eg-Master Black Belt and Black Belt). Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may influence work.This role is open to remote consideration with 20-30% travel.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesRequires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
