Sr. QA Automation - Remote
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. QA Automation - Remote for a contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare Services clients in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities : • Working with a team of 6-10 on federal cost transparency project. Candidate will be automating existing scripts using Python. • We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team, with expertise in test automation using Selenium, Python, and other cutting-edge tools. • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality of our software applications. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Python, and other automation tools (e.g., Appium, TestNG) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements • Develop and execute test automation scripts to ensure coverage of functional and non-functional testing • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation, and apply that knowledge to improve our testing processes • Mentor junior automation engineers and provide technical guidance and support • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Required Skills: • Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field or relevant work experience • 5-8 years of Professional experience in an IT related field preferably in a development or testing environment • 5 + years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Python • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, including Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Pytest • Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, and C# • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes) and cloud-based testing • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently • Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills: • Various Domain experience; Health Care, Financial, etc • Specific tools, languages and specialty skills may vary SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
