Sr. Project Manager (Temp to Perm)
About the position
Known is looking for a seasoned Sr. Project Manager to join the Studios practice, working with clients spanning consumer and entertainment brands. A Sr. Project Manager sets clear standards and guidelines for their work to ensure that all projects they and their team deliver are on strategy, on time and on budget. A quality Project Manager will have exceptionally strong communication, and project management skills. They must bring a βcan doβ attitude, fast problem solving skills, and a hands on workstyle to ensure the success of their designated projects.
Please Note: This is a temp-to-perm position. Candidates based in Los Angeles or New York City are preferred.
Responsibilities
β’ Develop project budgets and staffing plans that meet client needs and preserve margins.
β’ Manage 360 campaigns and projects, inclusive of AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action and Experiential, throughout the lifecycle of the project.
β’ Act as a point of contact for client across workstreams in coordination with Account Management.
β’ Flag inconsistencies/issues with project feasibility and profitability when applicable.
β’ Solicit input from cross-functional leads to define, document, train and maintain best practices for project management tools.
β’ Assign staff to projects in conjunction with resource management and creative leadership.
β’ Work with Creative Operations leadership to develop best practices and processes for frequent and early communication of contingent staffing needs across projects.
β’ Ideal candidates will have experience leading integrated projects inclusive of experiential client activations
Requirements
β’ You have experience managing the delivery of best in class 360 campaigns for industry leading companies (including AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action and Experiential).
β’ You possess an exceptional ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements and multiple project tracks with a firm command of project management processes and methodologies. Likewise, you are experienced in managing quick, nimble, short-term engagements with smaller, more multi-disciplinary teams.
β’ You have a deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles, ideally across both Entertainment Marketing and Consumer Brands clients.
β’ You have an expert knowledge of spreadsheets and Google slides.
β’ You have superb time management skills and are especially strong with calendar prioritization.
β’ You have a practiced ability to deliver concise, clear communications.
β’ 5-7+ years of integrated agency experience in a fast paced environment.
