Job Title Sr. Project Manager - Team Lead Job Description Summary The Sr. Project Manager, Team Lead will be responsible for the successful managements of the design, planning and construction of projects by leading individual, multidisciplined real estate solutions for clients. This role is directly accountable for managing and coaching a team of project managers (APM – SPM) in accomplishing all project requirements/objectives determined for the project by the client. Education/Experience/Training: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
