Sr. Program & Project Management Analyst - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Program & Project Management Analyst to join our team at Verizon. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of IVR/IP Telephony projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage innovative new product projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Develop and analyze project plans, assessing issues, risks, opportunities, and potential impact on meeting program goals and objectives
Collaborate with Federal customers, Verizon teams, and vendors to deliver projects, providing critical liaison and ensuring effective communication
Plan, anticipate issues, and adjust to meet objectives, driving the project forward and keeping team members on track
Track bugs and fixes in the development and testing phase, detailing all phases of the project, including meeting minutes, metrics, and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience
3+ years of relevant work experience in program and project management
Experience with Genesys Cloud CX and Broadworks IP Telephony
Knowledge of IVR/IP Telephony services and systems, development methods, procedures, standards, and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
Managed programs and/or user experience design
Technical field experience supporting Genesys CX and Broadworks
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Customer service experience with internal and external clients
Ability to translate complex ideas into relevant and understood concepts for various functions and levels
Working knowledge of call routing strategies and migration/porting of Toll-Free numbers
