Sr. Product Specialist
Our client is seeking a Sr. Product Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Product Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting strategic product development and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to think strategically, which will align successfully with the organization's goals. Job Title: Sr. Product Specialist Location: Remote Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? • Drive the strategic development and enhancement of policy products in alignment with the product vision and business objectives. • Create detailed scope and product change use cases to expedite product change delivery. • Function as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets the needs of both internal and external customers. • Document product change requirements and stakeholder analysis at the product and product change levels. • Lead business teams in identifying clear problem statements and value statements for each product change. What's Needed? • In-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance with a detailed understanding of policy administration products. • Experience in product ownership or management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others. • Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
