We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager (Tech) to help us design, build and develop big impact features that improve customer experience. Working to solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business, Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories). You will be our customers' best advocate, driving ideation and articulating/quantifying the value for our customers. You will balance long term think-big vision with high-velocity short-term execution. You will work on highly ambiguous problems with stakeholders across Amazon and will be the one driving alignment and buy-in for your vision and roadmap. You will make hard product prioritization and tradeoff decisions, always with our customers' best interest in mind, and using data to inform and communicate your decisions. You will also use your technical depth and curiosity to be a significant contributor to the design of our products. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities include driving topline and margin growth. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with a deep empathy for the customer's experience, and the ability to translate it into new features, products, and businesses. She/He will be a thoughtful, high-energy, self-starter, with acute analytical and critical thinking skills. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
