Day-to-day, you’ll dive deep into the patient journey, analyze data, and partner with researchers and clinicians to identify the biggest opportunities to improve care. You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure product enhancements that remove friction, deepen engagement, and drive better health outcomes.This role sits at the heart of our mission. The work you lead will directly impact thousands of patients by helping them access care more easily and stay in it long enough to see meaningful change. If you’re motivated by impact and energized by solving real-world problems in healthcare, we’d love to meet you.Required Qualifications5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace productsProven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagementExperience running A/B tests and applying statistical techniques to evaluate outcomesExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, design, clinical, and operations stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
