Sr. Performance Change Consultant

Client: Puget Sound Energy Title: Sr. Performance Change Consultant/Power BI Developer Location: Fully remote in US – any time zone Duration: 2 years Pay Rate: $62-$75/hr on W2 Must Haves: • Exceptional data acquisition, manipulation, and analytical skills • Exceptional in Powe rBI (acquiring/manipulating data and reporting) • Exceptional in Excel (manipulating data and macros) • Experience designing executive‑ready, narrative dashboards (clean UX, consistent semantics, performance‑tuned, and decision‑oriented) • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or technology; or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience • Program and/or project management experience • Utility or telecom experience • 7 years of experience successfully leading/implementing multi-disciplined projects and initiatives • 7 years of experience utilizing high-involvement process improvement or change management techniques/tools Plusses: • Experience with scheduling (Primavera P6) • Data manipulation in SQL • Experience with SAP • Experience with budgeting/forecasting programs and portfolios • Leadership engagement experience • Experience with construction related data (costs, actuals, forecasting, planning and schedule adherence) Day-to-Day: This organization’s Infrastructure (gas and electric transmission and distribution) Program Management (IPM) team is looking for a Sr. Performance Change Consultant to support a Grid Modernization initiative.
