The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role: The Senior Partner/Alliances Business Operations Analyst is a global position that drives the strategic planning, execution, and management of systems infrastructure supporting our Partner/Alliances go-to-market initiatives. This role spearheads the digital transformation of our Partner Experience, focusing on optimizing key capabilities to deliver exceptional service while streamlining processes for both Partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will enhance CrowdStrike's partner ecosystem by implementing scalable automation solutions, fostering operational excellence, and serving as a key liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for designated Partner capabilitiesCollaborate with IT teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and conduct user acceptance testingPartner with Go-to-Market Program teams to align business priorities and policy implementationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation and Partner integration workflowsDevelop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Partner capabilities, including system enhancements, defect resolution, and project initiativesOrchestrate the full lifecycle of system improvements, from discovery through implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughoutDesign and maintain detailed system documentation and logical workflows to support operational excellenceDrive change management initiatives, including development of training materials and transition documentation for Partner business and field teamsEstablish and monitor key performance metrics (adoption rates, SLAs, support metrics) to identify process optimization opportunities and lead cross-functional automation initiativesOwn and evolve the Partner Capabilities system roadmap to support strategic objectivesImplement and oversee data governance processes to maintain optimal system performance and data integrityWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years of Channel/Partner Operations experienceExperience managing key capabilities such as Contracts, Deal Registration, Cloud Marketplace Partner On-boarding, Partner CPQ and Order Processing, Invoicing, API, Partner Training and Certifications, Managed Services and provisioning.Extensive experience with SalesforeExperience at a fast-growing SaaS businessStrong analytical background and ability to flush out anomaliesBe a self-starter, detail-oriented, and operationally-mindedExcellent presentation and communication skillsExpertise in business applications including Google workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, TackleCrossbeam and BI (Tableau a plus)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agile and manage through ambiguityBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-friendly and flexible work cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge Paid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Resource Groups, geographic neighbourhood groups and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
